Author Guidelines & Manuscript Submission

Welcome to SAMPRATIVARTAH INTERNATIONAL ONLINE JOURNAL. We invite researchers, scholars, and academicians to submit their original and unpublished research papers for peer review and publication.

Please read the submission guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript:

• Linguistic Scope:

  • The primary language of publication for the formal peer-reviewed E-Journal section is Sanskrit (rendered in the Devanagari script).

  • However, high-quality scholarly research papers composed in English or Hindi that directly intersect with Sanskrit linguistics, historical pedagogy, classical literature, Indian Knowledge System (IKS), and Indology are actively considered.

• Submission & File Format:

  • Contributors must submit their manuscripts in editable MS Word format (.doc / .docx only).

• Word Count & Mandatory Abstract:

  • Main paper length: 3000 to 6000 words.

  • Mandatory English Abstract: Every submission must include an Abstract in English (maximum 250 words), regardless of the language in which the paper is written.

  • Keywords: A minimum of 5 Keywords in English must also be provided.

• Font & Formatting Guidelines:

  • English: Times New Roman (Font Size: 12)

  • Sanskrit / Hindi (Devanagari): Standard Unicode Fonts like Siddhanta, Mangal, Kokila or Noto Serif Devanagari (Font Size: 13-14)

  • Line Spacing: 1.5

  • Citation Style: Standard APA or MLA format.
